Take the center of your knee as a starting point, bend the knee joint 30°, move upward by 10cm, and measure the upper circumference of your thigh. 

Use that measurement to select your perfect fit from our three standard sizes:

Medium (M): Upper Circumference of 33–40cm / 13.0–15.7in

Large (L): Upper Circumference of 35–43cm / 13.7–16.9in

Extra Large (XL): Upper Circumference of 37–45cm / 14.5–17.7in
